Add my Event or Company

To add an information about your company or exhibition, please send us the Microsoft Word or PDF document containing the following information:

 

 

For exhibitions:

  • Event title (name)
  • Dates
  • Venue (name of location and its address)
  • Name of organizers company
  • Text max 2000 characters with spaces decribing the most interesting paricularities of your event
  • Contact details (it is preferable to mention contacts of sales or PR departments)
  • Facts and figures from the previous event (how many participants, visitors - where they came from, how big was the exhibition area etc.)

 

We are also happy about photos and videos from your event - they always help our readers to imagine the atmosphere of the event and to understand better its scale. For photos - jpeg or png format, max size - 10 Mb. For video - YouTube link.

 

 

 

For Organizing Companies:

  • Name of your company
  • Short history (up to 2000 characters with spaces)
  • What events you are organizing
  • How to reach you (your contact details and address)

 

 

 

For Service Providers:

  • Name of the company
  • What services you are providing (booth construction, exhibition logistics, catering, models & hostess, floral design, photo and video services, transfers and car rental, translation services, souvenirs and branded products, printing services etc.)
  • Short information about your company - how many years you work, what services you are providing, what unique offers you have (up to 2000 characters with spaces)
  • Contact details (telephone, email, adress)
